Description:

Responsibilities:

  • HR Compliance Leadership: Act as the EMEA subject matter expert, driving the development, implementation, and maintenance of Zebra’s HR compliance programs, policies, procedures, internal audits, investigations, immigration processes, gender reports, and reporting to ensure adherence to employment regulations, labor laws, and other applicable workforce compliance matters.
  • Employee Relations Management: Independently manage complex ER matters, conduct workplace investigations, resolve employee grievances, and support the resolution of issues across EMEA.
  • Quality ER Advice: Provide quality ER advice on employee issues, employment, policies, Health, Safety & Wellbeing matters, ensuring commercial, values-based, and lawful outcomes across EMEA.
  • Training and Development: Support the development and delivery of HR Compliance & Employee Relations training programs.
  • Business Practices Management: Build and manage robust business practices to ensure consistent application and governance of HR policies and controls.
  • Regulatory Awareness: Stay up to date with employment regulations, labor laws, industry best practices, and emerging risks, implementing necessary changes to practices and policies.
  • Special Projects Participation: Participate in special projects/programs requiring compliance expertise and project management.
  • Labor Relations Collaboration: Collaborate with legal teams in preparation for and participation in labor relations matters.
  • Team Collaboration: Work effectively, collaboratively, and resiliently as part of a multi-geography team, focusing on capability and succession planning
