Responsibilities:

  • Develop, update, and communicate HR compliance policies and procedures in accordance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations
  • Stay abreast of the latest developments and trends in HR compliance laws and regulations, and advise management on the impact and implications for the company
  • Conduct and support audits to identify and resolve HR compliance issues and risks
  • Internal support and liaison to accounting and security related audits involving HR data
  • Provide guidance and support to HR Business Partner and Employee Relations team on HR compliance matters, such as employee rights, labor relations, leaves of absence, reasonable accommodations, and disciplinary actions
  • Coordinate with Learning & Development and the company’s Compliance department to deliver HR compliance training and education programs to enhance awareness and understanding of HR compliance requirements and best practices
  • Monitor and report on HR compliance performance and metrics, and recommend corrective actions and improvement
