Description:

  • Management of staff and disciplinary measures
  • Attendance Management
  • Nurturing a positive working environment.
  • Performance Management.
  • Bridge Management and employee’s relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
  • Maintain pay plan and benefits throughout human resource management.
  • Create and update policies and procedures that comply with laws and regulations
  • Conduct audits and research to ensure compliance with laws and regulations
  • Identify potential compliance issues and develop strategies to mitigate them
  • Provide training and workshops to keep employees informed about regulations
  • Investigate irregularities and non-compliance issues.
  • Report any violations to management and regulatory bodies
  • Serve as a point of contact between employees and managers, as well as between the organization and regulatory bodies
  • Work with the HR Manager and Management to develop and update the company’s code of conduct
  • Create and implement a retaliation-free reporting process for employees to raise concerns
  • Other HR Aligned duties as may be assigned.

4-6 YEARS EXPERIENCE AS A HR/COMPLIANCE OFFICER

Pay: ₦150,000.00 - ₦170,000.00 per mont
