Description:
- Management of staff and disciplinary measures
- Attendance Management
- Nurturing a positive working environment.
- Performance Management.
- Bridge Management and employee’s relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
- Maintain pay plan and benefits throughout human resource management.
- Create and update policies and procedures that comply with laws and regulations
- Conduct audits and research to ensure compliance with laws and regulations
- Identify potential compliance issues and develop strategies to mitigate them
- Provide training and workshops to keep employees informed about regulations
- Investigate irregularities and non-compliance issues.
- Report any violations to management and regulatory bodies
- Serve as a point of contact between employees and managers, as well as between the organization and regulatory bodies
- Work with the HR Manager and Management to develop and update the company’s code of conduct
- Create and implement a retaliation-free reporting process for employees to raise concerns
- Other HR Aligned duties as may be assigned.

Pay: ₦150,000.00 - ₦170,000.00 per mont
