Description:

WHAT DO WE EXPECT?

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree in human resource management.
  • At least 3 years of experience as a HR Business Partner at strategic level.
  • Experience with performance management tools and processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills at different levels.
  • Excellent proficiency in English.
  • You are open to move to Oman for about 2 years.

Responsibilities:

As an HR-Consultant, you provide daily solicited and unsolicited advice and guidance on HR matters. Besides, you analyse trends and metrics and provide strategic directions to the management. You are responsible for giving advise on HR compliance, giving consultancy to the business on HR legal matters, developing and providing support in executing HRM strategies, developing HR performance systems and accompanying policies, and fostering positive employee and labor relations.

Some of your tasks and responsibilities will be:

  • Implement HRM processes which are aligned with the business strategy.
  • Eliminate or minimize legal and compliance risks.
  • Improve management engagement and communication with the workforce.
  • Improve employee engagement and productivity.
  • Develop and implement a career and succession planning.
  • Identify training and development needs and implement them.
  • Develop and implement a compensation and benefit strategy.
  • Lead performance and management initiatives.
