Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are building our Human Resources team and would love you to join us.
As a Human Resources Consultant, you will support the HR Coordinator in the recruitment process and other tasks regarding the development of HR policies.
From research to production, we will ensure you learn new things and have fun while doing it. It will be a very dynamic and fulfilling role.

You have:

  • Academic degree in Human Resources or similar
  • IEFP internship (9 months);
  • Fluency in English;

Your functions:

  • Support the recruitment and selection process;
  • Support the operationalization of the Employer Branding policy;
  • Support the internal communications output;
  • Execute the strategic communication plan for the company;
  • Ensure the internal communication strategy is consistent and reflects the organization’s strategic vision;
  • Support and execute company events and initiatives;
  • Assist in the development and integration of policies;
  • Assists with various onboarding and orientation activities for new hires;
