Responsibilities:
- Consult with Impact: Use your ER experience and hands-on HR knowledge to offer operational and transactional HR support, and find opportunities to add value to our Clients
- Build Relationships: Support the team in building great relationships by working closely with Clients to understand their HR needs, offering tailored solutions that drive business success and manage Business risk.
- Support Business Growth: Through proactive interactions with Clients identify cross selling opportunities across the Business
