Description:

We are seeking an accomplished Director of HR with 25 years of experience to lead and transform our human resources function in the dynamic FinTech/RegTech/SaaS industry. This strategic leadership role requires an expert in HR management who can drive organizational growth, foster a high-performance culture, and ensure compliance with industry-specific regulations. The Director of HR will partner with senior executives to align HR strategies with business objectives and champion initiatives that support our company’s vision and values.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience:
  • At least 25 years of progressive experience in human resources management, with substantial experience in the fintech, regtech, or SaaS sectors.
  • Proven track record of leading HR functions at a senior level, demonstrating significant impact on organizational success and employee satisfaction.
  • Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Master’s degree or advanced HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) highly preferred.
  • Skills:
  • Deep knowledge of HR principles, labor laws, and regulatory requirements within fintech/regtech/SaaS.
  • Strong strategic thinking and leadership capabilities with a proven ability to drive change and influence executive decisions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and advanced data analysis.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership:
  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company’s business goals and growth ambitions.
  • Partner with the executive team to drive strategic HR initiatives, including talent management, organizational development, and change management.
  • Provide thought leadership on emerging HR trends and best practices within the fintech/regtech/SaaS sectors.
  • Talent Acquisition and Management:
  • Oversee the recruitment strategy to attract, hire, and retain top talent in the fintech/regtech/SaaS space.
  • Lead the development and execution of talent management programs, including leadership development, succession planning, and career progression.
  • Enhance the employee experience through innovative programs that promote engagement, development, and retention.
  • Regulatory Compliance and Risk Management:
  • Ensure adherence to labor laws, industry regulations, and compliance requirements specific to fintech and SaaS environments.
  • Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures to mitigate risks and maintain legal and ethical standards.
  • Stay updated on regulatory changes and industry developments to ensure the company remains compliant and competitive.
  • Organizational Development:
  • Drive initiatives to build and sustain a positive organizational culture that aligns with company values and supports business objectives.
  • Lead organizational design and development efforts to support business growth and transformation.
  • Implement change management strategies to effectively navigate organizational changes and foster a resilient workforce.
  • Employee Relations and Engagement:
  • Oversee employee relations strategies to address and resolve workplace issues and conflicts.
  • Promote a culture of open communication, inclusivity, and respect within the organization.
  • Design and execute employee engagement initiatives to enhance morale and productivity.
  • HR Metrics and Reporting:
  • Develop and analyze HR metrics to provide insights into workforce trends, performance, and effectiveness.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive HR reports to senior management, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
