OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE

Business partner to HR community. Manage headcount, Personal cost, and analytics. Should be comfortable to lease with Leadership members. Enjoys projects and process enhancements.

KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

The HR Controlling Analyst/HR Controller is responsible for

MAIN ROLES

  • Anticipate Risk and Opportunities.
  • Monthly analysis and commentary on HC & Cost to HR & Finance stake holders.
  • Build Trends and Budgets on a timely manner and explain the variance between periods and scenarios.
  • Support function to HR Métiers for Financial topics.
  • Bridge between Finance and HR (local to local, Zone, BEST, Corporate)
  • Champions of HR and Finance systems tools
  • Translation of the HR strategies to Finance.
  • Master HR Norms and define Zone / BEST Internal Control Framework
  • He / she reports directly to HR Controlling Manager
