Our HR Coordinator for Andina & Central America is involved in diverse HR processes and services to provide a better employee experience, alignment to local and global HR policies while working to attract, retain and develop our talent. If you’ve had experience in different HR areas and wish to develop in a multinational environment, in an industry that works to save the planet as an HR Generalist, we are looking for you!
¿What job would you perform?
The HR Coordinator would be accountable for (1) Benefits and wellbeing initiatives for the 4 countries our Sales Company has presence in (2) Handling employee’s affiliations according to local requirements in each country, directly and through external vendors as Insurance Brokers (3) HR procedures & policies: working together with the Regional HR Manager to ensure compliance to local requirements and keeping internal policies updated. (4) Employee relations for Peru: working side by side with our lawyer and Health and Safety. (5) Act as HR Partner to our Operations organization, working closely with our Field Service & Service Center Manager to address HR general needs specifically in this team. (6) Other exiting HR activities as talent acquisition, culture, events and communications.

- People oriented professional with a high orientation to understand business needs.
- Independent and proactive.
- Experience and knowledge about extralegal benefits & wellbeing initiatives.
- Experience and knowledge about local HR policies and best practices in Peru (highly appreciated Health & Safety and Legal).
- Fluent in Spanish and English.
