Description:

As a champion of the employee experience, the HR Coordinator (HRC) provides HR administrative support to the organization in the areas of Organizational Effectiveness, Workforce Planning and Talent Management, Learning and Development, Health Safety and Wellness, Employee Relations, Total Rewards, and HR Metrics and Reporting in a global, shared-services context. The HRC will interface with members of the HR team, employees, and external stakeholders and will support other special projects/duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum of College diploma and 1-3 years’ related experience with a specialty in Human Resources.
  • CHRP designation or working towards designation; Knowledge of labour legislation in Canada, US and Europe.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Time management and organization skills.
