MINIMUM TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE:

  • 2 years of experience in Human Resources
  • Pursuit of Bachelor’s degree is highly preferred.

Responsibilities:

The following duties are normal for this position. These are not to be construed as exclusive or all-inclusive. Other duties may be required and assigned.

  • Provide on-boarding support for locations without Business Office Directors or Staff Development Directors. This includes complete new hire paperwork, schedule background checks, verify i9 eligibility, schedule new hire orientation, ensure personnel file paperwork is complete.
  • Post positions for locations without BODs/SDDs, this includes provide assistance with screening jobs, interviewing, scheduling in person interviews.
  • Maintain update of Human Resources Spreadsheets – Worker’s comp (enter updates on new claims), Recruiting (enter updates with new positions), Turnover and follow up with communities to ensure retention plans are continuing to progress.
  • Run reports to assist with recruitment and retention projects and follow up on completion with communities.
  • Scan and send mail to communities, this includes Unemployment communication with communities.
  • Assist and provide paperwork to communities when FMLA requests come through.
  • Assist with Human Resources trainings.
  • Assist with social media to enhance Emplyer of Choice branding.
  • Assist with event planning and coordinating (Job Fairs, Schools, etc.)
  • Order new hire welcome arrangements and welcome gifts.
  • Order name labels for new hires when communities are without BOD.
  • Assist with taking initial employee questions when calling HR line and provide it to HRM.
  • Assist with data entry (Onboarding platform / Benefits)
  • Other functions may apply.
