As an HR Coordinator, you will support human resources activities, events, and programs. You will help build employee engagement and employer branding to promote productivity, talent retention, and company success.

In this role you will:

  • Collaborate with management to implement integrated people strategies that ensure a sustainable high-performing workforce.
  • Build and manage recognition programs that celebrate our commitment to quality and service.
  • Organize, champion, and support employee appreciation events, initiatives, and social media campaigns.
  • Build relationships with employees to understand their needs and recommend new approaches to generate employee engagement, culture, and morale.
  • Develop innovative systems and processes that are easily scalable and will benefit the growth trajectory of the company.
  • Work with your colleagues to learn and promote various HR portfolios.
  • Become a subject matter expert on multiple HR systems and related platforms.

To be successful you will:

  • Have a post-secondary education in Human Resources, Marketing, or equivalent.
  • Have skills in event planning, communication, and creating amazing workplace cultures.
  • Have an ability to inspire, engage, and motivate teams to achieve results and success.
  • Be self-motivated, focused, and—especially—detail-oriented with an ability to prioritize tasks when given clearly defined goals.
