QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & REQUIREMENTS:

1-3 years of HR experience.
Post secondary degree in human resources, CHRP or working towards an asset.
General knowledge of Canadian employment law, payroll legislation and accounting principles.
Experience with and/or working knowledge of UKG (or other payroll/HRIS system) software is an asset.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work with highly confidential, sensitive information in a professional manner.
Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to use Microsoft Office programs.

This is a hybrid role, 2 days work from home and 3 days work in office (Export Drive, Mississauga).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
