This is a hybrid role and the successful candidate must be able to work from the Bridgend office at least 2-3 times a week.

Responsibilities:

YOUR FUTURE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

As a HR Coordinator, you will provide advice and guidance to Managers and colleagues on HR Policies and procedures, particularly in relation to absence such as sickness, maternity and paternity. You will also act as point of contact for case escalations and complaints and be responsible for supporting with policy and system changes whilst driving and delivering process improvements.

Key Task:

  • Provide tailored absence management support
  • Successfully contribute to achieve and maintain monthly SLA targets
  • Manage the lifecycle of the group income protection process
  • Liaising with multiple stakeholders such HRBPs and third party insurers and provide regular updates to all parties
  • Monitoring of payroll inputs and outputs and ability to resolve payroll queries
  • Collaborate effectively with offshore HR Global Business Services team to ensure services are being delivered with quality
  • Proactively identify and implement process efficiencies and seek to automate repetitive tasks where appropriate
  • Support implementation and UAT for system changes following M&A activities or local policy updates
  • Support and act as point of contact for case escalations with complex cases (benefits/payroll errors)

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE

  • A proactive self-starter with a proven record of delivering results
  • Competent and confident in using various systems
  • Demonstrable ability to problem solve and independently present appropriate solutions for complex scenarios
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced challenging environment
  • High level of written and spoken English and ability to communicate effectively across all levels of employees
  • Ability to apply judgement and tact in handling confidential and sensitive cases
  • Strong understanding of UK Legislation
  • Proven HR experience in a similar role
