JOB TITLE, SUMMARY & REPORTING LINE:

Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, the HR Coordinator is a personable, highly organised and pro-active individual, who will play a pivotal role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department. Responsibilities are varied and will include recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, reporting and general administration.

    The Role:Recruitment and Onboarding:
    Responsible for complete end to end recruitment process including preparing and placing adverts, sourcing and screening CV’s, reviewing job descriptions, and interview templates, scheduling interviews and conducting screening interviews.
    Prepare and manage all recruitment related paperwork including offers and contracts, references, new employee documentation etc.
    Coordinate and conduct employee inductions, ensuring all required paperwork is completed.
    Maintain and update employee records and paperwork related to new hires, leavers, promotions and other employment changes.
