JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for an enthusiastic and people-driven HR Coordinator (100%) to undertake a variety of HR and administrative tasks in (preferrably) Hamburg or Munich. Do you have an affinity for people processes and services?

You can expect a multitude of HR and administrative tasks ranging from providing consultations based on our HR processes to project-based work.

Responsibilities:
- Act as a direct HR point of contact for employees queries related to various HR processes and issues
- Advise employees on German-specific labor laws; sick leave, maternity leave, pension withdrawal, reference letters, child allowance, etc.
- Liaise with cross-functional teams to gather feedback and resolve employee issues in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate online records of employee information in our HRIS: Workday, e.g. absence control
- Support the employee life cycle; on-boarding, off-boarding, leave management, transfers, etc.
- Prepare payroll documentation and work closely with our local payroll providers
- Collaborate with internal and external departments
- Prepare weekly or monthly reporting
- Process and issue various employment documentation
- Recommend process improvements for existing HR processes
- Run reports, analyze data, understand existing trends and provide insights on existing processes for both growing and or changing user needs
- On-boarding and cross-training existing and or new team members
- Other job tasks (Ad Hoc and regular) and project work, as required
- You are not required to already be an expert in all the mentioned tasks, however, you should show an interest and be willing to learn!
