We are looking for a full time HR Coordinator based in our Brisbane office who can hit the ground running.Reporting to the HR Manager and collaborating with global HR teams, you’ll be the go-to person for a wide range of HR functions. You’ll be instrumental in shaping the HR experience for our growing team, ensuring smooth processes and a positive environment for all.

• Managing the recruitment process & support talent acquisition
• Managing HR staff onboarding and off boarding
• Preparing employment contracts for new staff, change of term letters & other letters
• Maintaining employee records including training documents and ensuring all compliance requirements are met
• Generating reports for general HR activity
• Maintaining diligence with FW Act
• Contributing to the review and development of HR policies
• Responding to general staff queries
• Partner with leaders of current and future Australian based businesses that are part of Montrose Environmental Group
• Payroll assistance and liaison (Australia wide)
• Assisting with larger HR projects (i.e. system integration)
• Data entry and administrative support to the HR Manager
