HUB International is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to join our well-respected HR team out of our Burnaby Still Creek headquarters. We want someone who thrives being in a client centric role and has the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will be exposed to a variety of HR initiatives and projects and champion efficient and effective processes. We work as a team to get things done!
Requirements
- 2+ years of HR experience
- Knowledge of HR best practices and regulations, including BC Employment Standards Act and Human Rights Legislation
- Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
- Insurance industry experience/knowledge is an asset
- Ability and flexibility to travel to various offices and locations within the lower mainland
- A reliable team-player
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment juggling multiple priorities
- Exceptional attention to detail and well organized
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Asset experience that will make you stand out:
- Previous experience with Workday.
- Experienced administration professional with a passion for getting things done as efficiently as possible.
