ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS INCLUDE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or other human resources-related field preferred and/or a combination of education and relevant experience in lieu of degree.
  • Minimum of (3) years of relevant experience, preferably in support of HR teams
  • Prior experience with HRIS data entry/record management is preferred.
  • Ability to effectively manage daily office needs and tasks simultaneously.
  • Requires strong organizational and time management skills; the ability to work independently.
  • Highly skilled in Microsoft Office suite (i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook)

Responsibilities:

  • Administration of multiple HR functions, such as:
  • Service award administration and tracking.
  • FMLA/Attendance point tracking for hourly personnel.
  • Tuition reimbursement
  • Create and run reports as requested (weekly, monthly)
  • Send out medical support order documentation to the appropriate HR member.
  • Collect and collate sales & service team feedback.
  • Manage annual uniform orders.
  • Assist other HR team members with day-to-day administration and projects as needed.
  • Assist in the recruiting process, including sourcing and screening applicants, work with the sales and service team for candidate vetting.
  • Company Events- Cardinals Tickets, Christmas Party, United Way, etc.
  • Additional projects and duties as needed.
