JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking an organized and proactive HR Coordinator to join our team. The HR Coordinator will support various HR functions and ensure the smooth operation of the HR department.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Coordinator or similar role.
  • Knowledge of HR practices and labor laws.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with recruitment processes, including posting job ads, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.
  • Coordinate onboarding and orientation for new hires.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Assist in the administration of employee benefits and compensation programs.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
  • Support HR team with performance management processes and employee relations issues.
  • Prepare HR reports and presentations as needed.
  • Assist with organizing employee training and development programs.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
