Description:

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Develops, implements and ensures the ongoing effectiveness of all internal processes and systems; develop and executes an efficient infrastructure that can deliver HR services consistently, responsively and cost effectively.
  • Ensures efficiency and accuracy of HR processes and transactions. Works with vendors and technology specialists to design and maintain HR-related systems/procedures.
  • Provides support for the management of employee life cycle activities such as onboarding, leave of absence programs, P4G activities and off boarding
  • Reporting and administrative tasks related to related to Workday, absence management, iBuy and OK base.
  • Assists the team with employee engagement events and activities

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong administrative skills with ability to work independently
  • Knowledge of MS office suite including excel, word, power point etc.
  • Initiative and drive to develop within the HR department
  • Strong attention to detail
