SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Experience working in a fast-paced HR team, ideally 2 years+
  • Experience in producing reports & confident in the use of Excel
  • Experience of maintaining HR systems & processes
  • Strong written, verbal communication & interpersonal skills
  • Excellent attention to detail - we work in a fast paced environment!
  • Confident juggling various tasks and managing your own workload and deadlines
  • Ability to interact with all levels of organisation, outside of the HR department

Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As part of the LADbible HR team, the HR Coordinator will report directly into our HR Business Partner in Manchester & take responsibility for HR processes & some talent administration across the LADbible Group in Manchester & occasionally, other locations. This will ensure a smooth running of HR processes for the life cycle of employee’s time with LADbible Group.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING DAY TO DAY?

  • Managing the new starters and onboarding process’ for LADbible Manchester, ensuring a first-class experience ️
  • Manage the employee leaver process, ensuring a smooth process and conducting exit interviews
  • Act as the point of expertise on reporting and produce scheduled, ad hoc, accurate reporting when needed by the Heads of HR or the HR Business Partners
  • Administer the company KPI process’, ensuring managers are adhering to deadlines and receiving the correct documentation
  • Working with the wider HR team to deliver our employee experience and ensure it’s a great place for people to work
  • Evaluate and identify areas to enhance our HR processes to optimise and improve efficiencies
  • You will always maintain a high level of confidentiality
  • Act as a point of contact for general queries and from time to time, escalate case work to HR Business Partner where necessary
  • Working with our Senior Talent Acquisition Manager in Manchester on arranging interviews, greeting candidates & working with our internal CRM
