Responsibilities:
- HR Administration: Support our HR processes by maintaining accurate employee records, handling joiners, leavers, and internal changes, and managing general HR inquiries.
- Document Management: Ensure HR documents are well-organised and securely managed, upholding high standards in document control.
- Onboarding & Induction: Help new starters settle in by preparing offer paperwork, verifying right-to-work documents, setting up employee profiles, and leading HR inductions.
- HR Systems Support: Act as the primary contact for HR system queries, suggest improvements, and manage support cases to keep systems effective and user-friendly.
- Payroll Coordination: Collaborate with the Payroll team to ensure accurate, timely payroll processing each month.
- Absence Management: Track absence trends, assist managers with absence management, and prepare essential documentation.
- Project & Process Improvement: Assist the HR team with data audits, process improvements, and annual tasks like bonus payments and salary reviews.
