LendSure Mortgage Corp is looking for a HR Coordinator to work onsite at our San Diego, CA location. LendSure Mortgage Corp. is a fast-growing Wholesale Lender offering Non-QM loan solutions. QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited school and/or equivalent job experience.
- Advanced technical skills, with high proficiency in all Microsoft Office programs required.
- Must have excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills including assertive communication skills.
- Ability to be confidential and demonstrate ethical conduct.
- Must be detail oriented.
- Ability to run reports, analyze, and validate data.
- Recruitment experience preferred.
Responsibilities:
The HR Coordinator will be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day coordination of general office duties with a focus on the Human Resources processes, programs and initiatives including but not limited to, benefits administration, entering of employee data and employment changes into the company’s HRIS, maintaining employees’ records, and functions for payroll.
Duties include:
- All tasks related to the Employee Experience, from onboarding to terminations
- Processing Human Resources paperwork in a timely manner
- Staying current on federal and state labor and employment laws
- Maintaining records and files in accordance with state and federal laws
- Being a point of contact for all things related to benefits
- Responding to and routing employee questions, concerns, and relation issues related to HR, benefits, and company policies
- Performing general office administrative work
- Pulling and finalizing reports for our customers and audits
- Special projects assigned when needed
- Assignments by your supervisor, including more complex and diverse HR tasks.
