An opportunity has arisen for a driven and enthusiastic HR professional to join Macquarie as a HR Coordinator in Munich, supporting the Real Estate Core / Core + business across EMEA. The role will support the HR Team Head who looks after all Real Estate staff globally, In the role you will have responsibilities associated with a broad range of coordination and administration tasks along the whole HR employee life cycle. There are generalist activities, including mobility, talent management, learning and development, employee relations as well as HR operations and IT pieces like the implementation and ongoing administration of our new HR system we are currently implementing. This is an excellent career move for anyone wanting to grow their HR skills within a supportive and dynamic environment.
