THE POSITION
As HR Coordinator your primary responsibility is to support the business area alongside the senior HR Business Partner in planning and executing the yearly HR processes. You will collaborate with managers on day-to-day challenges and help identify solutions and participate in P&O related projects with relevant stakeholders. Additionally, you will work closely with other P&O colleagues to translate business strategies and priorities into P&O plans and activities.
Your tasks will include, among others:
- Assisting leaders with workforce planning and the recruitment process, including preparation of job descriptions/job ads, candidate screening, ensuring system flow, and liaising with Talent Acquisition, Mobility, and HR Operation/AskHR
- Acting as a superuser and supporting our managers in the usage of our HR system, including SuccessFactors and AskHR (ServiceNow – self-service)
- Supporting the onboarding of new employees and leaders, ensuring a seamless transition into the organization
- Following up on engagement and pulse surveys and contributing to activities that shape and foster an engaging, diverse, and inclusive employee environment rooted in the NN Way and Fill & Finish Expansions’ values
- Contributing to various HR projects, such as culture, training, and employee development
QUALIFICATIONS
You are passionate about HR and eager to support the growth and development of our organization. You are a self-starter that likes to work in a fast-paced environment with a constantly changing scope.
To be successful in this position, your experiences include:
- Relevant education within Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
- HR generalist experience with an understanding of a broad range of HR and general business disciplines from relevant studies and job
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications and preferable HR software, with experience or understanding of HR processes on a yearly basis is a plus.
- Planning and project management skills
- Good communication skills with fluency in both Danish and English, written and verbal
