HR Coordinator, Physician Compensation
Position Highlights:
- Position: HR Coordinator – Physician Compensation
- Location: Evanston, IL
- Full Time/Part Time: Resource/Per Diem
- Hours: 20+ hours per week
What you will do:
- Assist with Physician Compensation Administration related to pay, pay changes and bonuses plus additional assignments as the need arises.
- Provide administrative and technical support to physician compensation team
What you will need:
- Education: High school Diploma, required. Great opportunity for an undergrad or graduate student
- Experience: Background in finance and/or HR/Business/Medical/Economics analytics or similarly related fields of study
- Skills:
- ImageNow/Perceptive Content or Workday experience a plus
- Detail oriented and accurate
- Strong excel and relational database experience and understanding
