We are passionate in delivering result and customer satisfaction. To boost our growth, we are looking for a “HR Coordinator” with the following job description and requirements:
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Support all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests.
- Maintain physical and electronic records of employees.
- Serve as point of contact for all employee and administration related matters.
- Process full recruitment cycle.
- Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events and maintain agendas.
- Coordinate training sessions and seminars.
- Perform orientations and update records of new staff.
- Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
- Complete termination paperwork and exit interviews.
- Keep up to date with the latest HR trends and best practices.
- Other duties as assigned.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related (essential).
- Must communicate in English. Punjabi and Hindi.
- 2 years of experience as an HR coordinator (essential).
- Having a knowledge of HRIS (ADP Workforce Now) would be an asset.
- Knowledge of Labor Law and Employment Standards Act.
- Effective HR administration and people management skills.
- Full understanding of HR functions and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
- Skilled in MS Office and other business and communication tools.
- Exceptional Organizational and Time Management Skills.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to Detail Skills.
- Ability to accurately follow instructions.
