We are passionate in delivering result and customer satisfaction. To boost our growth, we are looking for a “HR Coordinator” with the following job description and requirements:

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Support all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests.
  • Maintain physical and electronic records of employees.
  • Serve as point of contact for all employee and administration related matters.
  • Process full recruitment cycle.
  • Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events and maintain agendas.
  • Coordinate training sessions and seminars.
  • Perform orientations and update records of new staff.
  • Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
  • Complete termination paperwork and exit interviews.
  • Keep up to date with the latest HR trends and best practices.
  • Other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related (essential).
  • Must communicate in English. Punjabi and Hindi.
  • 2 years of experience as an HR coordinator (essential).
  • Having a knowledge of HRIS (ADP Workforce Now) would be an asset.
  • Knowledge of Labor Law and Employment Standards Act.
  • Effective HR administration and people management skills.
  • Full understanding of HR functions and best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
  • Skilled in MS Office and other business and communication tools.
  • Exceptional Organizational and Time Management Skills.
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to Detail Skills.
  • Ability to accurately follow instructions.
