JOB DESCRIPTION: HR COORDINATOR

Position Title: HR Coordinator
Department: Human Resources
Location: 201 Old Boiling Springs Rd, Greer, SC 29650
Reports To: Stephanie Clark
About Us:
Position Summary:
The HR Coordinator will oversee human resources operations and ensure they’re aligned with our goals. The ideal candidate will have experience managing employees using the ADP platform. This role will involve assisting executive leadership with developing and enforcing HR policies, overseeing and tracking recruitment, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and report back to management on all HR functions, including non-provider recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
  • Administer employee benefits programs, recordkeeping, and payroll processing through ADP.
  • With coordination from the management team, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Provide guidance and support to management and employees on HR-related issues.
  • Conduct regular HR audits and prepare reports for senior management regarding compliance.
  • Execute and track employee engagement and retention programs.

Preferences:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of HR management experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Experience with ADP is a plus but not required.
  • Strong understanding of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations is a plus but not required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to lead change management initiatives.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
