Qualifications:
POSITION SUMMARY
The Human Resources Coordinator assists the HR Generalists and Human Resources Director in facilitating human resources processes to support of PIW and departmental goals and objectives. The Human Resources Coordinator assists in recruiting and onboarding processes including, but not limited to background and reference checks and new hire orientation. The Human Resources Coordinator maintains employee records, completes HRIS data entry, and serves as the first point of contact for employee questions.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelors Degree
1 - 3 years of experience ( minimum)
SHRM-CP or PHR (Preferred)
