Responsibilities:

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:

  • Provide support across various HR administrative tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, personnel files, and other HR-related documentation to ensure compliance and organization.
  • Manage and triage incoming HR requests from management and employees, ensuring timely responses and solutions.
  • Actively participate in planning, implementing, and supporting special HR projects and initiatives.
  • Assist in recruitment by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, scheduling and conducting interviews, and conducting reference checks as required.
  • Contribute to employer brand recognition by attending career fairs and networking events.
  • Coordinate the onboarding process for new employees, managing paperwork, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring a seamless transition for new hires.

THIS ROLE MIGHT BE RIGHT FOR YOU IF YOU HAVE:

  • A Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Human Resources role, demonstrating familiarity with HR processes and practices.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and maintain accurate records.
  • Experience with HRIS would be considered an asset.
  • High level of professionalism and outstanding customer service skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Strong work ethics and a commitment to excellence in HR practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including Word and Excel.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
