We are seeking a dedicated HR Coordinator to join our team based in Cary, North Carolina. The HR Coordinator will be a vital part of our team, playing a crucial role in supporting day-to-day operations within the HR department. This role offers a contract to hire employment opportunity.

• Conduct onboarding sessions for new hires in a prompt and welcoming manner.
• Manage the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) to ensure employee records are accurate and current.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Coordinate a variety of HR programs and initiatives like training sessions and wellness programs.
• Act as a liaison between employees and management to address HR-related queries and concerns.
• Assist in the recruitment process, from posting job openings to scheduling interviews.
• Use your communication skills to ensure seamless communication and collaboration within the team.
• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action.
• Process customer credit applications accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate customer credit records.
• Proficiency with Paylocity is nice to have but not required
• Familiarity with ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode
• Knowledge of About Time software
• Auditing skills
• Experience in conducting Background Checks
• Understanding and managing Benefit Functions
• Strong Communication skills
