Description:
As the HR Coordinator, you will support the HR department by managing a variety of essential administrative tasks. Your role will include assisting with recruitment, HRIS entries, benefits and payroll inquiries, training coordination, and maintaining compliance with employment laws. You will ensure employee records are accurate, facilitate onboarding and offboarding, and promote a positive workplace culture. Strong computer, communication, interpersonal, organizational, and time-management skills are essential.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum Associate’s degree preferred; SHRM/HRCI certification or willingness to attain within 12 months.
Fluent in English and Spanish (speaking, reading, and writing) – Required.
Proficiency in MS Office; experience with HRIS and various HR Software.
Valid California driver’s license is mandatory; ability to travel between counties as needed.
Minimum of 2 years of HR experience.

Responsibilities:
Administer HR-related functions across the company, ensuring efficient daily operations.
Act as a customer service resource, addressing employee and management inquiries.
Coordinate leaves of absence and assist with employee benefits plans, enrollments, and changes.
Organize new hire orientations and facilitate employee training sessions.
Maintain and update employee records and oversee document compliance.
Manage the complete onboarding and offboarding cycle for all employees.
Maintain confidentiality while working in an open-office environment.
Perform additional HR and administrative duties as required to support the team.
