Description:

We are in search of a competent HR Coordinator to join our team in PHOENIX, Arizona. As an HR Coordinator, you will be instrumental in executing various administrative tasks related to the operations of the human resources office. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring confidentiality of all personnel matters, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities

  • Guarantee strict confidentiality in all matters related to personnel and payroll
  • Deliver excellent customer service to team members, vendors, contractors, and applicants
  • Monitor attendance and report any issues of absenteeism or tardiness to supervisors and HR Manager
  • Be responsible for advertising vacant positions and screening applications to match applicant skills with job descriptions
  • Conduct phone screenings and schedule interviews for potential candidates
  • Coordinate background checks, drug tests, and physical assessments for new hires
  • Prepare packets for new hires and schedule orientation sessions
  • Issue lockers, locks, and keys to new hires and maintain locker roster
  • Assist team members with the Paycom Employee Self Service app and resolve any related issues
  • Perform administrative duties such as scanning, titling, and filing team member documentation.

This role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity. The successful candidate should possess skills such as ADP - Financial Services, ADP Workforce Now, ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode, Ceridian, Dayforce, About Time, Auditing, Background Checks, Benefit Functions, and Communication.

  • Must be bilingual Spanish

Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now

  • Familiarity with ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode
  • Experience with Ceridian and Dayforce software
  • Knowledge of the About Time system
  • Strong auditing skills
  • Ability to conduct background checks
  • Understanding of benefit functions
  • Excellent communication skills.
