Description:
We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a HR Coordinator in Cheyenne, Wyoming, 82007, United States. This role is pivotal in managing HR-related duties and creating an efficient, streamlined hiring process within our organization. The HR Coordinator will be an integral part of our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our HR activities and assisting in implementing HR policies, processes, and practices.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for utilizing HR Management Systems (HRMS) to maintain and update employee information and records
- Coordinate and conduct background checks for potential employees as part of the pre-employment process
- Assist in managing benefit functions and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
- Handle the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization
- Undertake data entry tasks, maintaining accuracy and confidentiality of all information
- Utilize Kronos for time management and ADP Enterprise for payroll functions
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing and resolving any HR-related inquiries or issues promptly
- Collaborate with various departments to execute HR plans and strategies
- Assist in monitoring the performance evaluation process
- Maintain employee files and HR filing system, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
- Proficiency in HRMS
- Experience in conducting Background Checks
- Knowledge of Benefit Functions
- Familiarity with Compliance regulations and standards
- Experience in Onboarding new employees
- Proficiency in Data Entry tasks
- Experience with Kronos timekeeping system
- Familiarity with ADP Enterprise
- Excellent Customer Service skills
