Description:
Position Summary
Ensure high quality HR service as well as timely and professional support of the main HR processes, such as, but not limited to: HR data management, recruitment, learning & development, employee lifecycle management, compensation & benefits.
Role and Responsibilities
Key objectives
Assure smooth operation of the HR department together with delivering maximum value to the organization as a whole. Provide assistance to develop and implement excellent people management practices.
Main responsibilities
- Provide effective and dedicated HR advisory support as first point of contact for the individual contributor employee level.
- Assist with the internal communication and HR processes and events.
- Maintain all HR systems and files with accurate data to ensure compliance and best practice.
- Support HR department in payroll and employment administration.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment.
- Participate in new hire orientation.
- Support learning & development activities.
- Assist in HR projects, such as annual employee satisfaction survey, new system or process implementations.
- Take part in vendor and contract management.
- Manage regular and ad-hoc reporting.
- Enhance employee engagement, organize employee events.
Skills and Qualifications
Requirements:
- BA/BSc degree, preferably in Human Resources, Andragogy or Psychology, or
- Min. 1-2 yr experience in HR field
- Excellent command of Hungarian and English in written and verbal
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional customer service focus with the ability to respond quickly to client requests
- Ownership over tasks and projects
- Strong problem solving and logical mindset with creativity
- Ability to multi-task and manage various projects simultaneously
- High degree of attention to detail
- Solid experience in MS Office applications
- Affinity for making “creatives” using tools (PowerPoint, Canva, PhotoShop, etc.)
