Description:
Overview:
PepsiCo is on the lookout for a HR Coordinator to join our team in Little Island, Cork on a specified purpose contract up to 12 months.
Reporting into the HR Operations Asst Supervisor, in this role you will be responsible for providing a first-class front of hours reception service while also supporting the broader HR team throughout the employee lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
- Operate an efficient front of house service in the assigned location where all visitors are tended to in a timely, professional, and friendly manner
- Manage all reception duties to include, but not limited to;
- Answering daily queries from employees
- Managing visitors to the site including organising Personal Protective Equipment gear where relevant
- ID badge creation
- Internal and external mail management
- Support the extended HR Team in various tasks by providing an all-encompassing HR administrative support service to include, but not limited to:
- manage the employee life cycle and relevant HR processes across PGCS
- maintain employee and invoice filing to audit standards
- co-ordinate the HR Rota’s applicable across the HR Ops team
- roll out, coordination and follow up of designated HR initiatives
- ensuring all employee relations issues/queries are dealt with effectively and efficiently
- coordination of site reward & recognition requirements
- Contribute to the creation and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives within the HR dept
- A requirement of this role is that you must adhere to all PepsiCo Health, Safety & Environmental Requirements.

Qualifications:
ADDITIONAL DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND/OR EXPERIENCE
- Experience working in a multinational organisation and / or manufacturing industry is an advantage
- Results orientated and commitment to achieving objectives.
- Ability to integrate well within a team environment, both in person and remote
- Natural ability to adapt to change readily with ease, ability to handle unforeseen requests effectively
- High level of integrity and discretion essential
