POSITION SUMMARY
TCC Family Health is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to support daily HR operations and ensure HR compliance across our healthcare facilities. Under the guidance of the HR Manager or Director, this role plays a vital part in maintaining HR compliance, facilitating training enrollments, and assisting with onboarding processes. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated HR professional to join a mission-driven organization dedicated to serving the Long Beach community’s health and well-being.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong ability to build client relationships and understand organizational culture through regular onsite visits and interactions.
- Proven ability to maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive HR information.
- Effective multi-tasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Outstanding organizational skills with an eye for detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; adept at engaging employees at all levels.
- Competency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Excel.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems, particularly ADP Workforce Now (WFN), or similar platforms.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources preferred, or at least 2 years of HR experience with a focus on onboarding and compliance.
- Clinical or healthcare HR experience preferred.
- Experience in generating audit reports.
- Knowledge of employee benefits.
- PHR or SHRM-CP certifications are a plus.
