We are looking for a new colleague who:

  • Has experience with coordinating tasks involving many stakeholders
  • Is independent, service minded and has an eye for details
  • Works in a structured way and thrives with both periods of routine work and periods with more ad hoc tasks
  • Masters Danish and English both orally and in writing
  • Has a flair for IT and is a quick learner in new IT systems
  • Understands the importance of confidentiality in an HR function

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and coordinate trainings for JYSK Head Office (JHO) with external stakeholders including maintaining all important data related to trainings, participants, trainers and co-trainers
  • Coordinate and plan Introduction Days for new employees at JHO and International Introduction for managers across the countries
  • Super User in HR relevant IT systems covering trainings and performance management
  • Creating materials and facilitating JYSK Ambassador Workshop
  • Responsible for the JHO digital onboarding process
  • Responsible for Interns at JHO, including recruitment process and introduction
  • Different projects and other ad hoc task
