Your role will involve supporting the Public Relations Officer (PRO) in coordinating and facilitating operations between the company and government organizations/authorities.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience as a PRO.
- Solid understanding of UAE labor law, particularly Immigration rules and regulations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic.
- Strong typing skills in both English and Arabic.
- Proficiency in computer skills and IT knowledge of all government official smart apps, e-dirham, e-Government applications, and other Electronic Funds Transfer systems

Responsibilities:
- Assist in organizing routine processing of MOHRE, GDRFA, Emirates ID, and medical examinations to ensure completion of necessary legal formalities.
- Maintain and assist in renewing and updating all worker visas and work contracts on time to ensure the organization’s records are current in labour and Immigration Departments.
- Assist the PRO in notifying employees of required documents before visa expiration and assist in obtaining new/renewal non-sponsor work permits.
- Maintain an updated understanding of government laws, staying informed about changes and providing advice.
- Collect and follow up with employees as instructed by the PRO to obtain all required documents.
- Prepare all Arabic NOCs/letters.
- Raise IPRs and settle invoices with the finance department.
- Coordinate with the HR team for any documentation requirement.
