Responsibilities:
- Completing all employment related documentation such as Variations of employment
- Management of the HR inbox including responding to queries
- Management of visa worker processes and compliance
- Completing weekly, fortnightly and monthly reporting
- Learning Management System (LMS) administration and maintenance
- Maintaining people process documentation monthly
- Coordinating employee benefit programs
- Act as a backup to provide relief coverage for Talent Acquisition Coordinator as needed
- Organise apprenticeship sign ups and cancellations with Apprentice Network Support Providers
- Supporting the HR team in management of projects and initiatives
- Assisting in the delivery of key people initiatives
