We have a new opening for an HR COORDINATOR to join our HR Team at our UK HQ in Keele, Staffordshire.

IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE

  • Degree in a relevant subject; CIPD qualified (or working towards)
  • Knowledge and experience of working with UK Employment Laws
  • Computer literate and proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge of international mobility relating to UK immigration
  • Ability to leverage the use of social media, job boards and other channels to attract talent

Responsibilities:

  • Reporting on key statistics and performance indicators
  • Supporting the recruitment process, building talent pools to provide recruitment solutions for UK Projects and future business growth
  • Participate in HR projects to ensure that corporate initiatives are supported
  • Oversee the Employee Lifecycle (Recruitment, Onboarding and Offboarding)
  • Support the UK HR Business Partner as required in providing HR services to UK sites
