Responsibilities:

ABOUT YOUR FUTURE ROLE

We are looking for an HR professional who is enthusiastic about owning and running the local people agenda, delivering on the core HR activities, and working on the culture, engagement and change in Norway in close collaboration with the local CEO and the leadership team. An important part of the job is also to work with labour relations and ensure compliance with relevant employment legislation and collective agreements.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES IN THIS ROLE WILL BE:

  • Delivering on the core HR activities in Norway together with our different HR Centers of Expertise and international HR Business Partners
  • Being a courageous and trustworthy sparring partner and member of the leadership team in Norway, building their leadership abilities as individuals and as a team to win in the marketplace
  • Creating a winning organization by designing and delivering activities which improve the agility, diversity, engagement and execution speed of the organization
  • Being in charge of labour relations and union negotiations and collaborating closely with our local employee representatives in Norway
  • Supporting business projects and priorities with sparring and advice
  • Ensuring continuously efficient and effective development of administrative and operational HR processes together with our HR Shared Services
  • In all of the above, and in all other aspects of the role, work closely with the rest of the Nordic and Group HR teams, and as an individual, to deliver a seamless experience of ‘ONE HR’ to leaders and employees

QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE:

  • Relevant academic background (e.g. a bachelor or master’s degree)
  • 5+ years of relevant working experience, preferably in an international organisation
  • Experience in specific HR tasks such as recruiting, compensation & benefits, learning & development, performance management, coaching, workforce management, employee relations and health & safety
  • Solid knowledge of Norwegian labour law, experience with working with employee representatives and ability to interpret collective agreements
  • Experience and can-do attitude in driving results and deliver solutions in collaboration with multiple stakeholders – it comes naturally to you to build relations on all levels in the organisation and by heart like working with and through peopleIn addition to Norwegian, you have excellent English skills, both written and verbal
