Position Overview: The HR cum Accounts Assistant will be responsible for managing both human resources and accounting tasks within the organization. This dual-role will include overseeing HR duties such as employee records, recruitment, and payroll, as well as assisting with accounting functions like bookkeeping, invoice management, and financial reporting. The role requires an individual who can efficiently multitask and maintain accuracy in both HR and accounting functions.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proven experience in both HR and accounting functions (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of HR processes, including recruitment, payroll, and employee management.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in HR or accounting roles (preferred).
- Knowledge of labor laws and accounting regulations is a plus.
