HR SUPPORT ASSOCIATE

Job Description: We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic HR Shared Services Associate to join our HR Operations team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for employees seeking assistance with HR-related inquiries. You will provide timely and accurate information, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience for our employees, The ideal candidate must demonstrate strong customer relations skills, listening skills and attention to detail when dealing with customers.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
  • Must demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and helpful demeanor.
  • Ability to handle multiple inquiries simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Basic understanding of HR principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and software, including MS Office and HRIS.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to employee inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Provide first contact information on HR policies, procedures, and programs.
  • Assist employees with HR-related issues, including benefits, payroll, and leave of absence.
  • Document and track inquiries and resolutions in the HR system.
  • Escalate complex issues to senior HR staff or other departments as needed.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Participate in training sessions to stay updated on HR policies and systems.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and services.
