HR SUPPORT ASSOCIATE
Job Description: We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic HR Shared Services Associate to join our HR Operations team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for employees seeking assistance with HR-related inquiries. You will provide timely and accurate information, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience for our employees, The ideal candidate must demonstrate strong customer relations skills, listening skills and attention to detail when dealing with customers.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
- Must demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and helpful demeanor.
- Ability to handle multiple inquiries simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Basic understanding of HR principles and practices.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software, including MS Office and HRIS.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to employee inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and courteous manner.
- Provide first contact information on HR policies, procedures, and programs.
- Assist employees with HR-related issues, including benefits, payroll, and leave of absence.
- Document and track inquiries and resolutions in the HR system.
- Escalate complex issues to senior HR staff or other departments as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on HR policies and systems.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and services.
