JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for an HR Data Analyst to join our People Analytics team at Airbus GBS, in Lisbon!

REQUIREMENTS - OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

  • Confirmed professional degree in Computer Science/Data Analytics/Information Management/Engineering with 2-3 years of experience in reporting operations.
  • Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment
  • Structured, self-organised and collaborative way of working
  • Creativity and aptitude for problem solving
  • Data analysis capability: rigorously and effectively examine large quantities of data.
  • Data analysis techniques: statistics, data wrangling (with Python and and associated libraries such as Pandas)
  • Data visualisation skills (Spotfire, Qliksense)
  • Continuous improvement mindset.
  • Understanding of HR KPIs.
  • Understanding of GDPR and data securilty.
  • Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Business level proficiency in English; French would be advantageous.

Responsibilities:

The HR Transformation & Digital department has the mission to drive and accompany the transformation of the HR function into its future, leveraging new Digital capabilities while continuously boosting the HR performance in order to meet HR customer’s business needs. The operational responsibilities of the role include:

  • Create, Run and deliver standard reports & dashboards
  • Analyze and ensure high data quality through regular quality checks
  • Develop and create data layout like table, charts, graphs
  • Support HR management Community in their Reporting activities
  • Promote HR Analytics self-service by giving trainings to end users
  • Secure Security and Data protection requirements in the frame of GDPR regulations (“Need to know purpose” principle)
  • Demonstrate good judgment and discretion with dealing with highly sensitive data
  • Daily interaction with Airbus central stakeholders
