SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Responsibilities:
JOB PURPOSE
As a People Data Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in providing data-driven insights to both the HR team and the wider business. Your analytical prowess will support various projects and help drive strategic HR decisions. This is a dynamic role that combines analytical skills, project management capabilities, and a deep understanding of HR processes.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
You will join us at an exciting stage of our growth and will have a unique opportunity to effect change. The role will naturally be varied but includes:
- Getting hands-on with data: using the data warehouse and other sources to cleanse, analyse, and interpret HR data. Identifying trends, patterns, and insights and presenting them back to HR and wider business stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to support decision-making and help users expand their confidence in using data.
- Collaborate with HR project managers, HR colleagues, and cross-functional teams to support projects from initiation to completion, with a specific focus on completion of robust user testing (UAT) by the HR team.
- Continuous improvement: analyse current HR processes and identify areas for improvement. Recommend and implement process enhancements to increase efficiency and effectiveness. Measure the success of improvements.
- Work closely with the HR Leadership Team and other stakeholders to understand their data and reporting needs, offering guidance on best practice and innovation.
