Responsibilities:

THE KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE TEAM ARE:

  • Non-Workday reporting
  • Asset Ownership of local applications
  • Data analysis
  • Business intelligence (For HRBP, COE, …)
  • Knowledge of local HR IT landscape and integration
  • Connection with Tech organization and vendors
  • Connection with Global organization on global assets

In your role, you:

  • collaborate with closely with your colleague experts and build proximity with specific stakeholders in HR (eg HRBP’s, Talent Mobility Team).
  • Proactively propose insights, trends and visualization of those, based on your business acumen and relationship with the partners mentioned.(‘push’ approach’).
  • Are able to be each other’s back-up, both for Cognos & BO Attentia as well as knowledge of Workday data model.
  • Move towards trend detectors, analytics, AI and automation, less on purely operational reporting.
  • Provide support to the business to become 100% data-driven: training, both from a technical & functional POV

This role requires you to:

  • Have knowledge of Cognos, Attentia BO and Workday data model, in order to visualise existing reports into meaningful insights.
  • Analyse data to identify patterns, trends, and insights in your domains and cross-domain, and within the entire HR eco-system.
  • Provide support for EUCs and other automation tools used in the domain(s) you support. Cross-domain, you keep up to date with the latest innovations in order to transform or integrate EUCs into applications.
  • Be an ambassador for Data Quality, with strong focus on problem-solving
