IT Concepts, Inc. (ITC) is seeking a HR Data and Process Analyst to join our growing HR team!
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven system admin experience with UKG Pro (or UltiPro), or other similar HRIS platforms.
- Business Intelligence (BI) experience (including editing and creating reports and dashboards).
- Advanced PC skills with advanced proficiency in MS Office, specifically Excel.
- Proactive problem-solver; ensures data integrity at all times and uses resources to create solutions.
- Experience writing standard operating procedures
- Trustworthy and the ability to maintain strict confidentiality while managing sensitive information.
- Previous experience working in the government contracting industry is a plus.
- Data Analytics-related degree and/or equivalent work experience.
- At least four years of experience within the administrative side of Human Resource Information Systems.

Responsibilities:
- HRIS (we use UKG) subject matter expert (SME), including an understanding of the process of setting up and maintaining the structure of UKG system modules (performance management, BenefitAdmin/Plansource, system configuration, etc).
- Researches and implements strategies to optimize UKG usage, integrating external processes into the system for enhanced efficiency and functionality.
- Works with UKG reps for vendor setup, integration, and resolving file feed issues.
- Compile, analyze, and report on workforce data from ITC’s UKG system or other identified sources, to include creation of HR dashboards while ensuring timely delivery of scheduled reporting deliverables.
- Develop and maintain automated processes for data extraction, transformation, and loading.
- Analyze current HR processes to optimize process efficiencies and facilitate the automation of as many HR administrative activities as possible.
- Works with other departments to incorporate their data into HR dashboards.
- Assists with audits of payroll, benefits, or other HR programs; makes recommendations for improvements as needed.
- Utilizes Excel, Python, SQL, and R to analyze large HR data sets, identifying trends and generating actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Perform analysis to assess the quality and meaning of data while identifying and correcting errors to ensure data integrity.
- Performs detailed document, policy, and process reviews as needed, working with internal and external engineering resources to automate HR processes.
- Recommend system updates/audits and/or new business rules to implement in the dashboards based on data issues being uncovered
- Performs other related duties as assigned.Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
- Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization’s facilities.
