You will:

  • Construct and refine machine learning and statistical models to answer research questions relevant to informing business strategy related to workforce and talent analytics
  • Collaborate on the creation and refinement of GenAI-based solutions to enhance internal HR processes.
  • Ensure the operational and functional excellence of existing solutions to deliver a seamless client experience.
  • Influence dashboard development and research roadmaps to improve client self-service and automation
  • Work closely with HR colleagues and business stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver impactful analytics solutions.

QUALIFICATIONS

You have:

  • You hold a BSc or MSc in Mathematics, Computer Science, Physics, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
  • Professional experience in data science, statistics, or social science research
  • You are skilled in Python (essential), SQL, and preferably in business intelligence tools. You understand various data sources and technologies such as relational databases, data lakes, and APIs.
  • You are familiar with DevOps principles including version control, Git, CI/CD and basic Linux commands.
  • You possess strong interpersonal skills and can effectively communicate complex data-driven insights to diverse audiences.
  • Experience with natural language processing, large language models, and/or generative AI is a plus.
  • You are fluent in English, both written and spoken.
